Kitchen/Diner + Extension

Here are the dimensions and photos you asked for.

What we intend to do is knock through to make a kitchen diner (I’ve included two photos at the bottom of a neighbour’s house where they have already done this).
We’re also wondering what options we would have to extend out into the back garden or the side of the house.
