One of the best things about being involved in Social Media is being able help people, and to really make a difference to business owners.

As a keen member of 4Networking, I’ve been privileged to present the 4Sight slot (a 10-minute insight, not a sales pitch) to several groups.  Recently my topic for these talks has been “My top ten tips for being active online”.  The strong feedback I got from these sessions was the real need for business owners to be better informed about Social Media.  So they asked, and  I granted: I delivered my first training course specifically for 4N members.  I’ll let them tell you how it went…
